Job Description
Job Purpose:
To drive sales of loan{ Home loan , business loan ,personal loan } products by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships with channel partners , and converting prospects into successful disbursals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Identify and connect with potential loan customers through direct visits, referrals, cold calls, and online channels.
o Organize and participate in promotional events and activities to generate quality leads.
Sales & Conversion:
o Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
o Assist customers in loan application, documentation, and eligibility checks.
o Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Channel Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customer .
o Provide training and support to partners to improve lead quality and conversions
Salary:- 22000k grosss { 16k in hand} + lucrative Incentive
Age Criteria :- 20 ysr to 30 ysr can apply
Qualification :- Any Graduate
