- As a Team Lead in software development, your role involves leading and managing a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing devops solutions, react.js, and full stack java applications. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope is crucial. You will also be required to perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality. Implementing best practices in software development and ensuring adherence to coding standards are part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth project execution is also key.
