Job Description :

  Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  DB Data maintenance & SQL related activity
. Ticketing system Management
. Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, network and other IT-related problems.
. Respond to user inquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner.
. Install and configure software and hardware components as required.
. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
. Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.
. Provide training and assistance to end-users on new technologies and software applications.
. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
. Participate in ongoing training and development activities to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and support techniques.
. Checking all the Network Connectivity
. Room Temperature in all the Server and Network Room
. Checking the reports for any unknown threats (Virus/attack)
. Continues Line Walk to identify and fix the issues
. Video Conference Call and Tele Conference Call Setup(Cisco)
. Asset ID Creation and Preparing list
. Everyday IT Induction for New CL Operators and IDL

 

Key Skill: 

  Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
. Familiarity with ticketing and help desk software.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
