Job Description

Job Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving queries with professionalism and empathy.

Location: Malad Mumbai

Shift: Rotational (24/7 availability required)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Document interactions and follow up on customer issues

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

• Adhere to company policies and shift schedules

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a voice-based customer service role

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
