Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, which includes examining, diagnosing, and treating illnesses and injuries. You will also be required to monitor patients" progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Additionally, you will be documenting patient care and progress notes in electronic medical records. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising junior medical staff, such as medical students and interns. - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff. - Responding to medical emergencies and coordinating with emergency teams. - Providing emergency procedures, including resuscitation, as required. - Maintaining accurate medical records. - Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. - Completing documentation, such as death certificates and incident reports. - Communicating with patients" families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
