We are currently seeking applications for the role of Manager / Senior Manager - Lean Digital Transformation. This position involves providing Process Excellence & Transformation support to Genpact businesses in the Philippines that serve global clients. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching operations on transformation initiatives, leading strategic projects, designing and managing digital/analytics transformation projects, and delivering tangible business impact for our clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating operational risks, focusing on process management, revitalizing Lean Six Sigma culture, engaging with clients to drive value-generating roadmaps, collaborating with various teams to understand and deliver on contractual commitments, leading Lean & Six Sigma projects, identifying process bottlenecks and implementing improvements, initiating end-to-end process improvement projects, and fostering a culture of Process Excellence and Digital transformation within the team. Additionally, you will be required to interact with clients, drive Black Belt projects, and support Transition teams in volume analysis and target setting. To be successful in this role, you should possess a university degree, excellent project management skills, problem-solving abilities, Lean & Green Belt certification, knowledge of automation and digital technologies, strong communication skills, leadership qualities, critical thinking capabilities, and openness to new ideas and cultures. Preferred qualifications include expertise in Contact Centre Operations, Insurance, and Finance & Accounting domains. This is a full-time position based in Madurai, India.
