- As a Deputy Manager in Stores within the pharmaceutical sector located in Surendranagar, Gujarat, India, you have an exciting opportunity to leverage your over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee warehouse operations, including receipt, verification, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while adhering to cGMP and GDP standards. - Maintain accurate inventory records through physical stock counts and reconciliation with SAP/ERP systems to minimize waste and identify non-moving or expired materials. - Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements for proper labelling, segregation, and documentation of materials. - Lead and mentor warehouse staff to enhance compliance and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and resolve discrepancies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred. - Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management. - Deep understanding of cGMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical warehousing regulations. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and hygienic warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, and managing dispatch of finished goods and rejected materials as per instructions. Your expertise in SAP/ERP systems, knowledge of regulations, and leadership skills will be pivotal for success in this role.,
