- Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager Marketing at our leading retail mall in Pune, you will be responsible for spearheading innovative marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and footfall. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual with 7 years of experience in Marketing, particularly in Retail, Mall, Agency, or Brand Marketing, to lead integrated campaigns, digital engagement efforts, event management, and strategic brand visibility programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns, create marketing calendars aligned with business goals, and manage marketing budgets to ensure high ROI. - Drive online brand presence through engaging content, collaborate with influencers, and analyze performance metrics for campaign optimization. - Conceptualize and manage in-mall events, festive promotions, and brand launches, while fostering collaborations with external agencies, creative vendors, and retailers for joint marketing initiatives. - Maintain marketing MIS, campaign trackers, and post-activity analysis reports to leverage insights and feedback for continuous improvement. - Monitor marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to recommend data-driven marketing strategies that align with the evolving market landscape. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and event execution. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field. - Customer-first approach, creative thinking, and attention to detail. Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule.
