  • * Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone, email, or chat.
  • * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (customer support or voice process).
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • 24/7 shifts
  • HSC, Graduation
