Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end architecture of mobile, web, and backend platforms. Provides technical leadership, defines architecture blueprints, and ensures delivery through CI/CD pipelines and modern DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

Define system architecture (Flutter mobile apps, backend microservices, cloud infra).
Lead architecture reviews, create HLD/LLD, and ensure adherence to design principles.
Establish CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Codemagic, Fastlane).
Ensure secure integrations (payments, notifications, CRM, marketplace).
Oversee performance optimization, caching, observability, and scalability.
Provide leadership across teams; mentor leads and developers.
Work with stakeholders on roadmap and solution alignment.
Champion best practices in accessibility, offline-first design, and state management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum model

12+ years in architecture and solution delivery.

Strong in Flutter (mandatory), React Native (optional).
Expertise in Node.js/.NET Core microservices.
Proven leadership in CI/CD and DevSecOps.
Cloud-native knowledge (OCI/Azure/AWS).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Marketplace integrations and workflows.
Arabic/RTL multi-language support.
AI/ML recommendation engine exposure.
Security and compliance knowledge (PCI-DSS, GDPR, local data regulations).
