Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Immediate joiners preferred

Language Interpreter - (Work from Home) ( Bengali, French, Nepali)

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone, email, or chat.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (customer support or voice process).

* Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, Nepali, French (language interpreter required for French-speaking customers).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
