Job Description AI-Driven Musicians & Writers Internship
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 months (project-based, extendable)
Engagement: Internship (Stipend + Performance Incentives)
About the Program
People Tech is expanding into the Entertainment domain, driven by our CEOs vision to blend artistic creativity with AI innovation. We are launching a strategic internship program for Musicians and Writers who are passionate about experimenting with AI tools to create original content for the next generation of entertainment.
This is a unique opportunity to co-create music, narratives, and immersive content that will be part of real entertainment projects.
Key Responsibilities
Musicians
- Explore, experiment, and produce music using AI composition tools (Suno, AIVA, Soundraw, Amper, etc.) along with traditional DAWs/software (Ableton, Logic Pro, FL Studio).
- Collaborate with Writers to transform concepts into complete audio-visual experiences.
- Adapt music for multiple formats short-form (ads, reels, jingles) and long-form (tracks, background scores).
- Research and integrate emerging AI music trends into projects.
Writers
- Convert given concepts/themes into structured, well-researched narratives (scripts, campaigns, blog series, storyboards).
- Collaborate with Musicians to align storytelling with music.
- Experiment with AI writing assistants (ChatGPT, Jasper, Sudowrite, etc.) to enhance creativity.
- Create content adaptable for social media, entertainment scripts, and campaigns.
Qualifications Who Can Apply
For Musicians
- Students pursuing or graduates in Music, Performing Arts, Sound Engineering, Fine Arts, or any discipline with proven passion for music.
- Basic knowledge of instruments (keyboard, guitar, percussion, etc.) or DAWs (Ableton, Logic, FL Studio, GarageBand).
- Interest in exploring AI-assisted music creation.
For Writers
- Students pursuing or graduates in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, Creative Writing, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Strong research, creative writing, and storytelling skills.
- Exposure to scriptwriting, blogging, or narrative building is a plus.

- Innovative, experimental, and eager to push tech-driven creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.
- Students, fresh graduates, or indie creators looking to build a portfolio in AI-powered entertainment.
