Job Description
We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC). The ideal candidate will be proficient in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing job description functionalities within SF EC. This role requires close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate mapping of job roles, competencies, and descriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and optimize job description functionalities in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate mapping of job roles, competencies, and descriptions.
Support ongoing system enhancements and troubleshooting related to job descriptions.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Provide training and guidance to end users as needed.
Required Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP SF EC.
Experience with Story reporting in SAP SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in role-based permissions within SAP SF EC.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with HR teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
