Design, implement, and maintain workflows within GTM tools to support go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborate with the analytics team to measure and track the ROI of GTM tool workflows.
Ensure workflows are scalable, reliable, and aligned to GTM business priorities.
Knowledge of Clay.com is a plus.
Lead Routing SDR Support:
Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of lead routing processes for SDR teams.
Ensure accurate and timely lead assignments to the right reps, improving speed-to-lead and conversion rates.
Leverage tools such as LeanData and BookIt (experience is a plus) to optimize routing and meeting scheduling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with analytics, sales operations, and marketing operations to align on goals, processes, and performance metrics.
Act as a bridge between GTM Operations and execution teams to ensure smooth process adoption.
Process Improvement Problem-Solving:
Identify bottlenecks in GTM processes and propose scalable solutions.
Apply critical thinking and reasoning skills to analyze problems, anticipate impacts, and implement improvements.
