ServiceNow ITOM Specialist
Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB Develop and customize integrations with various IT systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs Troubleshoot issues within the ITOM modules and ensure data integrity in the CMDB Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting, adhering to best practices Experience in ITIL processes and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential Experience
