Job Description
Role: Azure Cloud Admin
Job Location: Greater Noida/Hyderabad/Pune
Role Requirements
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud infrastructure across both platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of cloud-based services.
Technical Requirement
- Administer and manage cloud resources in Azure including compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Monitor cloud environments using native tools (Azure Monitor,) and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions across both platforms.
- Automate cloud operations using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and Terraform.
- Ensure security and compliance by managing IAM roles, policies, and access controls.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support cloud-native and hybrid workloads.
- Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization using cost management tools.
- Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with cloud service updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud administration with hands-on experience in Azure
- Strong understanding of cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC (AWS) and VMs, VNets, Azure AD, Storage (Azure).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
