Job Description
We are pleased to share an exciting job opportunity for the position of Project Manager at Infogain. Variable is in between 10-12% included in the CTC.

Mandatory:
- For the Interview purpose, the Candidate will be required to come to the Electronic city office, Phase 1, 1-Bangalore
- Client Location: 5 days a week to commute to the below location

Job Description:
- Primary functions include Project Management, Client Management, and Team Leadership.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, adept at balancing multiple programs and successfully driving delivery in complex, fast-paced settings.
- Own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems in short but progressive and impactful cycles.
- Scope project work through the discovery of business requirements, non-functional requirements, and translation to technical work effort, SDLC project plans, and work breakdown scheduling.
- Manage project work in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) obligations and ensure accurate team reporting of billable hours for efficient client invoices against the project budget on a periodical basis.
- Manage projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high-performance standards.
- Overseeproject estimations, and development of project deliverables. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project issues.
- Set project quality and performance standards. Assess and manage risk over the project lifecycle. Maintain project tracking and information systems.
- Mentor development teams, encourage adoption of the latest technologies, promote the use of best practices, and design patterns. Participate in recruitment and hiring activities. Participate in and assist with company events such as training and internal initiatives. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Program Management Domain and Quality Improvement initiatives at Infogain.
- Champion a culture of innovation and AI best practices, mentoring internal teams in leveraging AI technologies.
- AI & GenAI Focus: Harnessing AI and Generative AI to deliver smarter solutions.
- Ability to work effectively, influence, and achieve successful outcomes across multiple groups, internal and client stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of clearly engaging and informing audiences, including senior executives.
- Proven experience in effectively navigating ambiguity and prioritizing competing initiatives, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data comprehensively and deliver clear, actionable insights.
