Senior Project Manager @ Zeus Worldcast

Key Role & Responsibilities:
There is no typical day or engagement for our Technology Project Managers
Lead development projects with complete ownership of delivery and team productivity.
Complete engagement in Agile software development that combines unique delivery approach with some of the most exceptional customized software programmings to propel client business.
Serve as a one-stop technology solution to offer innovative and disruptive web/ mobile/ cloud application in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, .NET Core, Node.JS, Modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc. across software engineering, security, data interchange, data management etc.
PM may spend a few weeks with the new/ existing client to gain a thorough understanding of product requirements or be full-time on the delivery of the project on a variety of domains.
Prepare technical proposals/ effort estimation and translate actionable items for the software team.
Analyze, design, develop and customize business applications.
Estimate work, plan and monitor delivery schedule including tasks, milestones, and other dependencies at various stages from inception till delivery as per planned schedule.
Provide a mix of delivery and on-site consulting services to clients.
Guide and mentor reporting project leads and creates high performing project teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality matrices to track the risks and issues and work to action to resolve/mitigate the same.
Ensure that projects are undertaken and completed as per established processes and standards.
Adopt to autonomous, self-management work culture to encourage people to take ownership and accountability by practicing "trust first" attitude.
Work closely with developers to make their life as easy as possible by promoting learning, sharing and caring.
