Job Location- Capital Cyberscape, Sector-59, Gurugram
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional (preferably female) to support our business initiatives through analysis, sales content design, coordination, and project management. The role involves working closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive efficiency, governance, and timely execution of business priorities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis, Insights & Governance:
- Track key business metrics and prepare dashboards/reports.
- Conduct analysis on Funnels, campaigns, and contests.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action points.
- Project Management:
- Assist in coordinating key projects with cross-functional teams.
- Track progress and escalate challenges proactively.
- Presentation & Communication:
- Prepare impactful presentations for leadership reviews and partner meetings.
- Draft crisp business communications for internal and partner circulation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of BI tools like Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
- A balanced mix of analytical + creative abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure governance.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business coordination, MIS/analytics, sales support/contest design roles.
- Insurance/Financial services experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
