Responsibilities: Site supervision, Civil works, Structural works, Retaining wall execution, Soil stabilization, Foundation works, Concrete, Masonry, Steel reinforcement, Finishing works, MEP integration (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC), Work scheduling, Contractor management, RA bill verification, Bill certification, Progress reporting, Site safety compliance, Documentation, Liaison with consultants and contractors

Preferred candidate profile

15+ years, Large-scale project handling, Civil & MEP coordination

Project Scope: Mixed-use development, 30,000 sq.ft built-up area, 12 acres land development, Retaining walls, Infrastructure services
