Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture client relationships for US staffing requirements.
Lead and mentor a delivery/recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates as per client needs.
Drive performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure service excellence.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide regular status updates.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in US staffing, with strong knowledge.
Proven experience in account management and delivery leadership.
Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume staffing requirements within deadlines.
