- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Sound knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including supervision of customer service and sales activities.
- Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Lead and motivate the branch team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Monitor and enhance operational efficiency, implementing best practices and process improvements.
- Responsible for the branch's financial performance, including budget management and expense control.
- Conduct regular training and development initiatives to uphold service standards.
