Associate Manager - Departure Control System Application Support @ Air India Express

Job Description

Air India Express is hiring for Associate Manager - Departure Control System Application Support for Gurugram HQ Location.

Objective-

To lead & support all DCS projects & integrations, end to end.

Role & responsibilities-

Assisting, troubleshooting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders during version upgrades.

New functionality induction, assisting business in certifying change management process

Responsible for defining functional road map of PSS changes while closely working with business

Independently manage DCS application integration project

Defining, analysing and documenting DCS requirements, managing

requirements & execution while meeting business stakeholders expectation

Coordinating with Airports stakeholders, network provider & internal airport services teams for resolving issues, implementing projects & documentations.

Essential Attributes-

Passenger Service System (PSS) core functions, preferably Navitaire

Departure Control System (DCS)

Advance Passenger Information Systems like APIS, APP & PNRGOV

Airline messaging systems like SITA / ARINC for APIS, APP, PNRGOV, PNL, ADL, BSM, LDM, MVT etc.

Interline, Code share & NDC

Navitaire DCS application hands on experience

Preferred candidate profile-

Min. 4+ Yrs. of experience in related domain

Worked on Amadeus DCS

Knowledge on IATCI

Well versed with IATA concepts

Postgraduate in Computer

ApplicationsEngineeringMCAB. TechBE

Computer Science MBA

Analytical and solution oriented

Team player and good communicator
