Job Description

currently looking to hire a strong finance professional for the position of VP/AVP, Finance who will be managing its finance, accounts and taxation (both direct and indirect) related functions based out of Maharashtra. The incumbent will play a critical role in implementing the financial business strategy. The entire accounting and finance, day to day cash management and statutory audit teamswill report tohim/her.

Key Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibilitywould be supervising finance, accounts and taxationfunctions;

- Work closely with senior management in formulating the Company's business plan, future direction and support strategic initiatives;

- Owning financial responsibilities including financial reporting, budgetary management and presentation to the management and to the Board of Directors;

- Assist in liaisingwith Banks and Financial Institutions for setting up credit limits, short term & long-term borrowings and investments and fulfilling all the data requirement of all these FIs;
- Managing investor relations including investor reporting and assisting in equity fund raising activities;
- Representing the Company before institutional investors, PE firms, mutual funds, banks, rating agencies, debenture trustees, registrars, brokers/intermediaries;
- Developing financial strategies at an organizational level by contributing to financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction;
- Participating in the corporate decision-making process as a member of the management team with joint responsibility for the development of long-term corporate strategies and company policies;

- Ensuring prudent management of the Company's cash, asset liability mismatch, flows and associated financial risk exposures in line with Board approved directives/strategies;

- Providing leadership to all members of the accounts and finance; fostering a culture of team spirit, co-operation and continuous self-development within the above-mentioneddepartments.
