Job Description
Looking for a Real Estate Manager with excellent knowledge of property management to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for handling all daily operations that include financial, administrative, as well as maintenance activities
Responsibilities
- Responding to reported maintenance issues and ensuring that the necessary repairs take place
- Handling all tenant-related matters, including complaints, disputes and the collection of rental payments
- Providing management with regular updates and reports and making relevant recommendations
- Conducting regular inspections of properties and facilities to ensure that all is in order
- Markets and leases property according to Company policies and applicable countrys laws.
- Collect rent, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, and correct variances.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree/ Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Candidates having experience or exposure in hospitality industry or real estate will be given preference
Desired profile of the candidate
- Self-motivated, target - driven and customer focused
- Knowledge of property market and sales processes
- Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and structural safety practices
Experience - 5-15yrs
Compensation
- It will be advisable with the qualifications and experience of the candidate, and shall not be a limiting factor
- Furnished Accommodation, Transportation and air ticket from and to India will be provided by the company
