Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve product quality and user experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for software products.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
