Job Description
Title: Technical Architect Software Developer Backend
Year of Experience: 10+ Years
Education Qualification: Basic Qualification - B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology .
Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop and test robust and scalable applications in lending space - LOS,
LMS, Payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers,
product, designers and software testers to ensure seamless integration of back-
end services with front-end features.
- Improve system performance by implementing and optimizing back-end
infrastructure.
- Design and develop high-quality APIs that meet business requirements.
Optimize the API performance and scalability.
- Design low-level designs (LLDs), considering usability, scalability, and
performance optimization, and ensuring alignment with the overall system
architecture and design patterns.
- Work on production systems to stabilize and improve existing features.
- Responsible for both development and testing of software.
Skill & Qualification: At least 7 years of experience relevant in Back End Development.
- Experience building web applications using Java, JEE technologies specifically
with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Well experienced in JPA, Hibernate, & Spring Frameworks.
- Spring Framework - Exposure to Spring Data(JPA), Messaging, REST API, Hands
on Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge in HTTPS, Web Service (SOAP, REST/JSON) knowledge.
- Database Design and Optimizing SQL queries.
- Understanding of software vulnerabilities and ways to address them
- Exposure to performance and scalability tuning
- Experience in web technologies
- Should have been a good understanding on binding and state management.
- Experience in transactional web development / domain based development is
preferred.
- Exposure to the Fintech domain is preferred.
- Extensive work on responsive web development.
- Knowledge of FTL - Reports will be an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and experience building
mobile-friendly web applications.
