Job Description

Experience and proficiency in basic aggregation functionalities, Advanced MS Excel formulas, Pivot tables, look up functions etc. VBA is good to have, however candidates only with VBA competency wont clear because it is related to automation.
Proficiency in Power BIas a reporting and visualization tool which involves knowledge and experience in advanced DAX calculations, Data modelling, usage of Power Query in Power BI.
Individuals with knowledge and experience in data science, machine learning and predictive modellingtechniques using tools like Python, R etc.
Understanding of contact centre data.
Good to have SQL and Snowflake knowledge
