Job Description Claims Adjudicator (US Healthcare NSA Project)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Adjudicator to join our No Surprises Act (NSA) project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare claims adjudication with proven expertise in claims adjustments. Prior experience working on NSA-related initiatives will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and adjudicate healthcare claims in line with US healthcare regulations and payer policies.
• Manage complex claim adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure NSA compliance in claims processing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims data and documentation.
• Support audits and quality assurance processes for NSA claims.
• Stay updated on NSA regulations and their impact on claims adjudication.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in US healthcare claims adjudication.
• Strong knowledge of claims adjustment processes and payer-provider contract terms.
• Familiarity with healthcare coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with NSA (No Surprises Act) projects or similar compliance initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with claims adjudication systems/tools.
