Job Description

Support end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles under the guidance of seniors and team leads.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Assist in screening and shortlisting profiles as per client requirements across sales, operations, finance, and other BFSI functions.

Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for a sustainable talent pipeline.

Manage recruitment MIS, documentation, and daily reports.

Understand client hiring needs and job descriptions to ensure accurate sourcing.

Contribute to a collaborative and vibrant work culture at Team ACE HR.

Experience: 0 to 2 years in recruitment (internship/experience in BFSI hiring is a plus, not mandatory).

Industry Background: Freshers or candidates from recruitment consultancies / BFSI-related roles are welcome.

Education: Bachelor's degree minimum (MBA in HR preferred, not mandatory).

Interest or basic understanding of the BFSI domain.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused.
