Location- Tech Mahindra Office, Bangalore
Work Model- Hybrid
Work Time- UK Shift 11 AM to 9PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java and cloud technologies, coupled with significant experience in the banking sector. This role requires excellent leadership, managerial, and technical abilities to drive the successful delivery of complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with strong banking industry background.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- In-depth understanding of banking systems, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of technical projects from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and gathering feedback.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of Java and cloud-based solutions within the banking environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the project management processes.
