Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage retail sales performance across multiple channels, including primary and secondary sales.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective channel management.
Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field (preferably in the building material industry).
Strong understanding of retail channel sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
