Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Integration SFDC Lightning Financial Service Cloud Omnistudio Salesforce Apex Integration and Salesforce Apex. Experience in the Wholesale Banking domain is essential. This role involves day shifts with no travel required focusing on developing and integrating Salesforce solutions to enhance our financial services offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using SFDC Integration and SFDC Lightning to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Financial Service Cloud solutions tailored for the Wholesale Banking sector.
- Utilize Omnistudio to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Perform Salesforce Apex Integration to ensure seamless data flow and integration with external systems.
- Write and maintain Salesforce Apex code to support custom business logic and automate processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Document technical specifications and project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in Salesforce development and integration.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering robust Salesforce solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in SFDC Integration and SFDC Lightning with proven experience in developing Salesforce solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Financial Service Cloud and Omnistudio with a focus on the Wholesale Banking domain.
- Exhibit advanced skills in Salesforce Apex Integration and Salesforce Apex coding for custom solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of the Wholesale Banking industry and its specific requirements.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new Salesforce features and updates.
