Job Description
Job Role: Junior HR (Third party payroll)
1. Responsible for all recruitment related activities.
2. Conducting HR interviews - region
3. Addressing HRIC / appointment letter requests received on a daily basis
4. Informing respective mentors of the discrepancies and guiding them to cure FTNR.
5. Discrepancy resolution with the SM / RSM and Central Ops team.
6. Addressing mails and queries of mentors pertaining to recruitment.
7. Sending recruitment FTNR - MIS on a daily basis and preparing other various MIS related to HR Operations.
8. Support / Co-ordination with SM, in completion of employee joining formalities Pan India.
9. Handle Projects basis new initiatives as assigned from time to time.
Key Responsibility:
1. Complete Recruitment life cycle management
2. Following up with business for HRIC
3. Coordination with the Business
4. Query/ HRIC Discrepancy resolution
5. MIS/ Reports
Mandatory Skill required:
1. Graduation Mandatory
2. Good verbal and written communication.
3. Good knowledge of excel.
4. Timeliness and adherence to deadlines.
5. Customer service orientation
6. Good coordination- to play a vital role between Business, Employee and other stakeholders
Desirable Skill:
1. Good verbal and written communication.
