Job Description
- As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products by supporting test planning, execution, and defect analysis. You will work closely with development and product teams in an agile environment to maintain testing standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will in addition contribute to a compliant delivery of the artefacts built in the programs following established delivery processes.
- Experience working in agile/scrum mode and adapt test plans to evolving project needs.
- Assist in defining and executing manual and automated test plans.
- Use test management tools (e.g., JIRA with xRay or GTP) and bug tracking systems to manage test cycles and report issues.
- Monitor and evaluate test results, identifying risks and areas requiring corrective action.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to perform root cause analysis of defects.
- Support integration testing and CI/CD pipeline executions.
- Maintain compliance with SAP s product framework and applicable ISO standards.
- Contribute to quality documentation and test reporting to support release decisions.
- Contribute to the compliant delivery of developed artefacts to customers following established delivery processes. This includes monitoring of the delivery backlogs and the completeness of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support project members and management regarding the delivery status and the release decision meetings.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Working knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, xRay, GTP).
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Understanding of ISO and corporate compliance standards (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
