Job Description
SUMMARY- Implement and maintain SAP SD CS solutions, including O2C processes, Pricing, Billing, Returns, Third-Party Sales, and Consignment
- Provide expert-level support for SAP CS, including Claims, service orders, warranties, repairs, and integration with FI, MM, and PP
- Ensure seamless integration with Business Partner (BP) and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI)
- Develop and maintain RICEF, IDocs, User Exits, and debugging skills
- Provide knowledge of ATP, Delivery Scheduling, Output control, and Credit Management
- Utilize testing tools, documentation, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution with Customer Service
- Strong experience in SAP SD (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Sound knowledge of O2C processes, Pricing, Billing, Returns, Third-Party Sales, and Consignment
- Exposure to SAP CS Claims, service orders, warranties, repairs
- Integration experience with FI, MM, and PP
- Good understanding of Business Partner (BP) and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI)
- Familiarity with RICEF, IDocs, User Exits, and debugging
- Knowledge of ATP, Delivery Scheduling, Output control, and Credit Management
- Proficiency in using testing tools, documentation, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- SAP S/4HANA certification in SD or CS
- Experience with IDoc processing, Interfaces, and Enhancements
- Background in domains such as automotive, manufacturing, or FMCG
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
