Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps / Power Platform Consultant with strong expertise in building, automating, and integrating enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and custom connectors, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient solutions for large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
  
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  
• Work with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 to create, manage, and optimize data-driven applications.
  
• Build and configure custom connectors and integrations with third-party applications.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security compliance.
  
• Provide technical expertise in Power Platform best practices, governance, and solution architecture.
  
• Support and troubleshoot production applications, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-12 years of IT experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI desirable).
  
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate.
  
• Proven experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 (preferably Customer Contact Centre modules).
  
• Experience in building and managing custom connectors and integrations with enterprise systems.
  
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, security models, and best practices.
  
• Ability to design scalable, user-friendly applications tailored to business needs.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
  
• Exposure to Azure services and their integration with Power Platform.
  
• Experience in working within Agile delivery frameworks.
