We are hiring for the Associate / Senior Associate position.
- Profile: US Operations
- Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Pune (Magarpatta City)
- Shift: Night Shift / Day Shift
- Notice Period: Immediate OR within 1 Month joiners only
- Work Mode: Work from office (mandatory)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, maintain, and update documents related to assigned files.
- Review and correct documents as needed.
- Enter data of interested parties into the client system.
- Respond to client status reports.
- Retrieve and review documents from courts, counties, tax authorities, bankruptcy courts, and trustees.
- Upload and save relevant documentation in client systems.
- Prepare legal documents, including suits, affidavits, dockets, and court invoices.
- Conduct quality control reviews of legal documents.
- Communicate with clients via websites and email to update them on file status.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Must be willing to extend shifts if required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any bachelors degree (completed).
- Proficiency in MS Office and related applications.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently within defined parameters and make informed decisions.
- Quick learner with adaptability, ownership, and accountability.
