Job Description:

• Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to analyze applications/modules in use and define migration requirements
• Hands-on experience exploring and extracting relevant technical details from ServiceNow instances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to dig deep and learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills. Able to ask clarifying questions when needed
• Experience or familiarity with: ITSM, CMDB and CSDM Framework, ITOM Discovery, Integrations, SAM, HAM, WSD
