Position: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Landmark: Durgam Cheruvu Metro Station
Note: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with fluency in Tamil, Kannada, or any other language apart from Telugu.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate
- Freshers and Experienced candidates (1 years in Voice Process)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Follow communication scripts for various topics.
- Build strong relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive call records in the database.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Strong phone & verbal communication skills with active listening.
- Customer-focused with adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Night shift applicable only for male candidates; No night shift for female candidates).
- Good typing skills.
