Job Description
This role will be primarily focused on supporting TPAG - Operations by providing regular reports and analysis supporting experienced advisor recruiting. Also, the role will require maintaining SAS Script, Excel templates, and supporting any ad-hoc projects based on the business needs. The role will partner side by side with the US reporting team on all reporting and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Process multiple weekly and monthly reports within defined TAT and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy
- Maintain existing scripts & incorporate changes whenever required.
- Maintain documentation of all processes/reports being created.
- Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities.
- Transform complex data sets into elegant end-user reporting.
- Perform and deliver on ad-hoc business analysis on large data set based on business requests
- Understand the business and processes end-to-end for business discussions
- Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes, simplification/ elimination of redundant activities
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of SAS expertise supporting larger organization (SAS Expert with extensive use of SAS Macro and PROC SQL)
- BCA/BSc. IT or B. Tech/BE (CS/IT) degree
- Strong academic background with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience of Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a complex and matrixed business.
- Highly organized, motivated, self-directed and possess a cohesive team attitude.
- Should be client-focused and possess strong prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of PowerBI/ Salesforce/ DataLake will plus
