Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Catalog Management: Oversee the organization, maintenance, and updating of the product catalog, ensuring product data is accurate, consistent, and optimized for user experience.
- Product Information Management: Update product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images across various platforms, including e-commerce sites, marketplaces, and internal systems.
- Data Quality Control: Review and verify the accuracy of product data, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in product information.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Inventory, Sales) to gather product data, ensure timely updates, and address any issues related to product listings.
- Product Categorization: Ensure all products are accurately categorized and tagged in line with best practices and SEO standards.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Assist with the creation of product content (descriptions, images, and specifications) that enhances user engagement and supports marketing initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on catalog performance, product availability, and any issues or improvements needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product catalog management, proposing process improvements where necessary.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic understanding of Pharma Products and their Catalog is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product management systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret data to improve Catalog performance.
