Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Freshers - Up to 4.5lpa
Exp - Up to 7lpa

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information within set timelines
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Document all customer interactions and escalate issues when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Customer-centric mindset and positive attitude
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Education: Any Graduate / 12th pass with excellent communication
- Freshers are welcome | Experienced candidates will be given preference
