Job Description
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) including user/group management, GPOs, and OU structure.
- Administer DNS, DHCP , and Microsoft Certificate Authority services.
- Deploy and maintain systems using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, including troubleshooting user access and profile issues.
- Manage and configure Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) , including:
- Modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) .
- Enterprise Applications and App Registrations .
- Monitor and maintain AD Connect sync health between on-premises AD and Azure AD.
- Collaborate with security and application teams to support identity and access management policies.
- Monitor system performance, patch compliance, and enforce security standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Active Directory administration
- DNS/DHCP
- Microsoft Certificate Services
- SCCM deployment and patching
- Citrix administration (Virtual Apps & Desktops)
- Azure Entra ID / Azure AD
- AD Connect (sync troubleshooting and configuration)
- Strong understanding of modern authentication standards like SAML , OAuth2 , and OpenID Connect .
- Experience with Enterprise Application configuration and App Registration in Azure AD.
- Good knowledge of security best practices, identity management, and conditional access.
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting are a plus.
