Job Description

Content Development & Strategy

Create, edit, and manage medically accurate content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, patient education material, and campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with the organizations brand, voice, and compliance standards.
Translate complex medical concepts into simple, engaging, and patient-friendly language.

Editorial Oversight

Review and fact-check medical content prepared by writers, interns, or marketing teams.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to ethical medical communication practices.
Build and manage a content calendar with regular updates.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

Work closely with doctors, healthcare specialists, product teams, and marketing professionals.
Provide medical insights for campaigns, product launches, or awareness initiatives.
Support internal teams with training materials, clinical content, and presentations.

Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure all content complies with regulatory guidelines (MCI/NMC, FDA, DCGI, etc., as applicable).
Stay updated with medical research, guidelines, and healthcare trends.

Performance Tracking

Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
Suggest improvements based on audience engagement and feedback.
