Job Description

Job Role (KAM) :

The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and business growth is sustained.
The role includes developing account plans, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The Key Account Manager will also oversee the performance of accounts, addressing concerns, and finding opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. .

Eligibility Criteria :

Age must be within 35 years
Educational Qualification: Graduation and above
Experience: 3+ years experience into Banking sales, Customer Service And portfolio management.
Good interpersonal skills with a command on English and Local language
