Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling of financial products such as broking, demat accounts, mutual fund sales, portfolio handling, wealth management services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
