Job Description

We are hiring HR Executive for IndusInd Marketing & Financial Services Pvt Ltd.

Candidate should have excellent knowledge in MS Excel, V Lookup.

Role & responsibilities

Handling recruitment & Onboarding activities
Offer processing
HR Interview & Salary discussion, Salary Negotiation.
Collecting required documents
Attendance & Leave Management
Employee relations, Queries, Grievance Handling

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in HR Management is Mandatory. Candidate should posess final MBA convocation certificate at the time of applying.

Candidates who willing to join immediatly are preferred.
