Experience - 01Yrs to 5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare front desk roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Job Description

Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and attendants with courtesy and professionalism.
Guide patients and visitors regarding departments, billing counters, and hospital facilities.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
Handle emergency calls and direct patients to the emergency/casualty department promptly.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
