Hospital Pharmacist (Fresher & Experienced) @ Apollo Pharmacy

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our Hospital based Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties

• Daily Planning & Inventory: Monitor bed occupancy and ensure stock adequacy of medicines, surgical's, and consumables across OP/IP pharmacies.
• Procurement & Stock Management: Raise, receive, verify, and organize stock; conduct regular physical verification, expiry checks, and manage recalls.
• Dispensing & Documentation: Dispense drugs as per prescriptions; ensure verification, billing accuracy, and proper labeling; adhere to cut-strip and narcotic protocols.
• Patient Interaction: Verify patient identity, clarify prescriptions, provide counselling, and maintain clear, ethical communication for quality patient care.
• Compliance & SOPs: Follow SOPs for cold chain, narcotics, and documentation; uphold JCIA/NABH standards and participate in audits and training.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid registration with the Pharmacy Council.
• D / B / M. Pharmacy degree.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medications.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Required Qualifications: D / B / M. Pharmacy with Pharmacy Council Registration (Mandatory)
